As a consultant with Keystone Group International, Maggie Knoke brings her coaching and advising experience to the team. Maggie’s strategic coaching experience makes her elevate the leaders she works with.
Maggie is a strategic business coach deeply interested in how leaders elevate results and chart entirely new paths even when stuck or resource-limited. She is unreasonably excited by makers, launchers, and those who crave more. She has 20+ years’ experience in coaching, employee development, team design, strategy planning & execution, training, project management, and entrepreneurship.
Maggie is a certified professional coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index Assessment master practitioner through iPEC’s ICF-accredited professional coaching program. Maggie’s passion is to work with leaders who want to elevate their impact, whether it’s helping senior professionals operate at more strategic levels, empower their teams, and advance; helping founders grow as executives as their businesses grow; or developing emerging high-potential leaders. Maggie’s SuperPower is being able to get to the root of the issue that leaders are facing, she quickly addresses what’s important (and often what’s unexamined), not just surface symptoms.
