Keystone Group International Hires Rana DeBoer as Chief Impact Officer

DeBoer brings with her over twenty-two years of deep management experience in leading teams, designing culture, and growing leaders at all levels. DeBoer brings with her expertise in organizational and culture strategy, talent optimization, corporate social responsibility, and organizational communications. She serves on several local board positions including South Dakota Safety Council, Pathways to Inclusive and Equitable Workplaces, and SD Center for Enterprise Advisory Board. DeBoer holds several certifications in coaching and leadership with a M.S. in Health & Human Performance from South Dakota State University.

In her role prior to joining Keystone, DeBoer was the Chief Culture Officer for the City of Sioux Falls, impacting nearly 1,300 leaders and employees through her administration of safety, well-being, talent, and culture programming.
