Tim Flemming is an experienced executive performance coach, organizational effectiveness leader, strategy consultant, culture ignitor, and leadership development expert. Tim’s diverse experience in leading a management consulting firm, a senior leader in a global holding company, a YPO management team member, and a developmental psychology background equips him with a unique set of consulting skills to unlock any leader or organization’s next growth trajectory.

Tim is a certified Professional Co-Active Coach through CTI, a Professional Certified Coach through the ICF, a certified Prosci Change Practitioner, and a member of the COO Alliance. He is a sought-after YPO resource, speaker, and facilitator, having been involved in over 75 events and counting.

Tim lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota with his family of four. He loves summers at the lake, snowboarding, coaching youth sports, traveling with his family, golfing, fishing…anything with a bit of adventure!
