Heather Trautman
Heather has more than 20 years of experience as a leader, coach, and consultant for numerous multi-billion retail, financial, manufacturing, and consumer companies. Her expertise spans Human Resources, Operations, and Finance, emphasizing organizational transformation via design, development, and strategy.
She has previously led a sourcing organization at a Fortune 50 company and led strategies and teams across HR, Finance, and Merchandising in several organizations ranging from $8M – $50B. Moreover, her passion lies in creating, learning, and people. She is generally called to advise and lead full-scale transformation efforts spanning from business purpose and direction to leadership restructuring and
transitions.
Her superpower is her ability to sift through and synthesize multitudes of information to get to the heart of the issue and then turn around and hold leaders accountable for creating and executing a plan to best
move forward. Her ability to identify others’ strengths—and empower them to use them continuously transform the effectiveness of leaders and teams. She loves working with leaders and teams who know
there’s a different, better way but are not quite sure how to move forward but are willing to be
vulnerable and try new things.
Heather currently serves as a chief advisor to several executive leadership teams in various stages of growth and transformation, where she delivers sustainable, positive impacts through program
management, executive coaching, and operational strategy.
