Currently, as an Executive Technologist at Palo Alto Strategy Group, Todd has performed over 150 technology diligence projects, providing private equity and enterprise clients with comprehensive analysis and optimization strategies for technology assets. His expertise spans application capabilities, architecture, cybersecurity, data science, R&D team evaluation and IT systems, often extending to post-acquisition integration and value creation strategies.

Todd has a proven track record in digital transformation. At Optum, as Chief Information Officer, he spearheaded a comprehensive modernization of UnitedHealth Group’s global telephony infrastructure, enabling seamless multi-channel digital capabilities such as AI-driven customer service, chat, messaging, and personalized digital interactions. This transformation reduced costs, enhanced quality, and improved customer satisfaction, achieving a significant boost in Net Promoter Score (NPS). Additionally, Todd was responsible for Optum’s consumer products, representing a broad portfolio of member and provider engagement solutions.

As President & CEO of SWAT Solutions, Todd led a strategic pivot toward high-value services, leveraging digital tools to enhance operational efficiency and scalability, growing the organization from 35 to 100 employees and significantly increasing profitability and company value.

During his tenure at Thomson Reuters, Todd led the transformation of the Westlaw platform into a scalable, high-performing digital backbone supporting numerous professional products. Additionally, he led a CRM transformation project that delivered on-time and on-budget, significantly enhancing sales and marketing outcomes.
