Career Highlights

Prior to becoming a leadership coach, Ted ran a successful management consulting practice, designing and implementing large scale change initiatives with Fortune 500 companies. He also gained a wealth of firsthand experience in sales, marketing, and operations, running companies both domestically and internationally. In the 1990s, he set up and ran the Japanese subsidiary for an American electronics manufacturer, achieving #2 market share in 6 years.
