Chelsey Paulson is the VP of Delivery Excellence at Keystone Group International, notorious for her dynamic and engaging presence. She excels in activating leaders and culture and aligning strategic people initiatives with business goals.
Chelsey’s impactful career includes 20 years of leadership experience, executive team coaching, leadership development, succession planning, moderating, speaking and workshops and optimizing organizations through leaders.
Chelsey has built her career around being a strategic partner to executive teams, helping them have courageous conversations to bust through growth ceilings. She has been involved on multiple boards and chairing two Boards of Directors, where she coached and mentored Presidents and CEOs. Her positive and optimistic perspective guides leaders in defining a customized playbook for growth, both for themselves and the future leaders they will cultivate. Chelsey believes that for leaders to grow their teams and organizations, they must first champion their own evolution.

What is your favorite past time?
Boating with my family in my hometown of Bemidji, MN and at my grandparents’ cabin on Rainy Lake in International Falls, MN. We grew up on a lake water skiing, wakeboarding, tubing, fishing, etc. I have such fond memories of being on the lake with my family that when my oldest child got up on the wakeboard for the first time I started to cry (happy tears of course)!
What’s your most used app?
Stitcher. Hands down. I am a podcast junkie, I listen to podcasts anytime I can get 10 minutes to throw in my AirPods or am in the car alone. Most of my conversations with my husband start with, “I was listening to a podcast and…”
