Each person’s SuperPowers are different and need to be defined so they can positively impact the organization. The success and growth of any organization are highly dependent on the quality of the leadership within the organization, so the more we learn about ourselves, the more effective we can be as authentic leaders who can build trust and high performance.
In this keynote/workshop we help leaders identify their SuperPowers and then give them foundational leadership guidelines to help them identify their authentic leadership style. We work to assess their gaps and identify key actions they can take back to the office the next day to make change happen!
