What do you believe is a strength of Keystone as an organization?
The team of people at Keystone – they genuinely care about helping people create an impact and change for their clients. Their expertise in putting together a broad network of products, services, and affiliates that all have strong core values and an attitude that won’t compromise, creating change and impact. The culture they have created is made up of loyalty and trust.
What is the coolest thing you are working on right now?
I am working on creating a video that will help people be more confident around developing a trusted advisor team. I encourage people to understand the importance of developing a team of experts to increase their confidence and success with their financial plan.
Is there a motivational speaker or management guru that inspires you?
I have had the opportunity to attend many events and listen to many great speakers, but the most impactful person has been Lisa Nichols. I met her and heard her speak about 10 years ago and that event led to one of the most impactful periods of my life. I had the opportunity to work with her one-on-one and she coached me through a big transition and change that has had a wonderful impact on my life, my family’s life and my overall happiness and well-being. I have learned the value of having a coach and love being a coach to others to help them break through those barriers that exist and are holding them back from achieving their dream life.
