As the Practice Lead & Customer Relationship Manager, Erica bridges the gap for clients, being focused on executing on the clients’ People and Culture needs that can grow their businesses.
Prior to, joining Keystone Group International, she has over 10 years of experience in recruiting and coaching leaders at all levels. Erica spent a large part of her career at a boutique executive search firm, where she maximized her strength around engaging and understanding leaders at all levels of the organization and experience level. In addition to expertise in sourcing and recruiting top talent for an organization, she has spent her career focused on the “people” part of organizations in many capacities.
In addition to coaching, Erica has deep experience in aligning the right people with the right seat and roles within the organization to maximize their results and their engagement. She has a strong purpose to serve others through understanding their strengths and helping them use those strengths to be strong authentic leaders.
Erica’s areas of expertise are in Career Coaching, Executive Training, and Supporting Business Culture. Organizational structure and process is a SuperPower of Erica’s while having a passion for helping others reach their goals and objectives. Erica is passionate about helping people get to the next level. She does this by asking the right questions, identifying gaps, and making sure that there is support to drive success in every situation.
What do you believe is a strength of Keystone as an organization?
I think our ability to challenge and drive change for our clients is a huge asset and what causes us to be different from other organizations. No matter what the size of the project is, as long as there is impact – we are looking to help drive success for the organization.

Is there a motivational speaker or management guru that inspires you?
I really enjoy listening to Gary Vaynerchuck -he brings such a straightforward attitude to simple concepts. It is important to be driven by what you do and the hustle will always be there.
